AUTHORIZE.NET INVOICE – TERMS & CONDITIONS

This purchase is for recycled/used parts to be delivered within 10-15 business days from the date of payment. This part may or may not carry a replacement warranty as mentioned by the sales executive and will be effective from the date of delivery of the part. If the part you received is externally/cosmetically damaged you would need to inform us within 24-48Hrs of receiving the part. If the part you receive is incorrect, defective, or internally damaged please send us the diagnostic report from a certified mechanic and ship the part back to us in 7 days. Any special request other than that mentioned in this document will not be fulfilled. No money refund will be issued unless a replacement cannot be made. You understand that labor or consequential costs, including shipping are not warrantied to be paid by Jask Auto Parts Inc. or refunded. Unneeded parts or erroneously ordered parts are subject to a minimum of 25% restocking fee and no freight/shipping refund is applicable. Warranties are non-transferable. All disputes will be between Jask Auto Parts Inc. and cardholder/ payer. Buying this part implies that you are aware that you will forfeit all rights to dispute these charges with the card company or any other financial partner through whom payment is made; shipping & handling, taxes etc. are nonrefundable. You understand that if for any reason you refuse this shipment the onwards and return freight charges will be deducted from the refund amount along with a restocking fees of 25%. You understand that any tampering, disassembly or modification to this part(s) without written authorization from Jask Auto Parts Inc. will void all warranties. If a return is necessary, you will contact your salesperson or the customer service of Jask Auto Parts Inc. so that they may make arrangements for a return shipment. Jask Auto Parts Inc. reserves the right to arrange all returns. You further understand, that if you don’t ship the part back as agreed Jask Auto Parts Inc. will arrange for the pickup &  you would need to pay for the return freight charges.
